Job Description	Lead and Manage a team of 3/4 colleagues on accounts reconciliation Performing accounts reconciliation, allocation, follow up/ meetings with internal & external stakeholders Investigating and resolving invoicing issues to improve the cash flows Bring in efficiency and develop scalable systems and processes to reduce manual intervention. Manage and bring enhancements in the existing automated Reconciliation tool Support Business and Finance by providing a robust MIS on Accounts receivables Assisting with closing at the end of every month and ensuring timely submission of monthly Regional & Internal reporting’s
