Designation	Operations Manager - With Leading Travel & Tours Industry Client
Job Description	Leading a team of over 30 or more Consultants and 6-7 team leaders, on one of the busiest and important accounts. Responsible for leading a team, managing call centre metrics, managing any client queries, ensuring minimum SLA's and KPI's are adhered too as well as liaising with Account Management on a daily basis. Drive continuous improvement in day to day operations. ADM Control, staff error to be minimal People Mgmt - Maintain cordial relationship with vendor, peers, subordinates and team , inter dept and other regions
Desired Profile	Customer-oriented approach Proven experience as corporate travel manager A strong understanding of GDS and back office systems, with the capability to make a booking if need be.
