Job Description	Must have knowledge of the major agencies and ability to work under pressure. Must be able to establish a great working relationship with agencies. Must possess exceptional Presentation skills. Must have a flair for numbers and ability to make deals/proposals and costings. Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Quick at problem-solving and troubleshooting. Proactive and a self-starter.
Desired Profile	Responsible for handling the agency relationship business in the west region for Group M and IPG. Work towards TIL's positioning through networking and relationship. Strengthening and creating internal cross-functional liaison. Responsible for scaling up the spends on TIL from all accounts with the assigned agencies. Create awareness at the agency level about various platforms of TIL. Responsible to attend and organize meetings at agencies on a regular basis.
