Job Details

• Plant Maintenance: Strategic Planning of Maintenance Activities of Power Plant equipment and its accessories (Boilers, STG, ACC, WTP/ETP, Compressors, Multistage Pumps, Pumps, Material Handling Equipment, EOT Cranes, Rotary Equipment and other Power plant auxiliaries) as per plant requirements for trouble free operation.
• Budget & Inventory: Prepare Budget for Maintenance cost/activities, prepare BOQ from Engineering Drawings, Indent & Maintain optimum store inventory for Maintenance work.
• Data Analysis/Record:  Maintain maintenance record in SAP, Prepare MIS Daily/monthly maintenance reports, Prepare Root cause Analysis, Maintain SOPs including setting precision standards & adding work quality assurance standards.
• Work Place Practices: Adhere work place practices such as 5S & TPM.
• Work Allocation: Plan/Distribute maintenance work to Maintenance Team (Direct/Contractual).
• Candidates having Hands on experience for Hydraulic System, Condition Monitoring, Precision assembly of machinery/Equipment will be preferred.
• Maintenance of Power Plant & its accessories with good Engineering practices.

• Diploma Candidate 7+, B.E./B.Tech. 5+ years in Plant Maintenance, Min.4 years in Power Plant Maintenance having capacity of 5 MW to 30 MW.
• Engineering & Operating properties & Parameters of processes & equipment of Power Plant.
• SAP
• High pressure piping, Electrical systems, Instrumentations related to Power Plant.
• Electrical & Pneumatic controls, Logic & Interlocking and automatic controls of Power Plant.
