Job Details

• Provide technical and functional leadership in SAP Hybris Billing modules (Convergent Charging & Convergent Mediation)
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise to support current billing and payment processes
• Evaluate system enhancements and deliver new billing capabilities that align with product roadmap
• Ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for product implementations
• Ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for securing systems and applications
• Build and foster positive, productive relationships with team, business and technology partners

• Strong SAP Hybris Billing Convergent Charging (CC) development and implementation experience
• Strong Convergent Mediation (CM) workflow and APL coding experience
• Good understanding of end-to-end billing solution including integration with Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Experience with SAP FSCD Insurance a plus
• Experience and/or genuine interest in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Team player with well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Dedicated, self-directed, motivated, proactive and inquisitive
• Experienced in partnering with geographically dispersed teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4-6 years of proven hands on SAP technical and functional delivery and support
