Job Details

• Minimum 2+ years experience within an operations/data centric role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, Alteryx or other data analytical tools
• Ability to generate new ideas and proactively implement them into BAU activities
• Strong organization skills to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and projects with various teams and at different levels
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with stakeholders globally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholder groups
• High attention to detail, ability to work with a high volume of critical data points
• Availability to work flexible hours to cater for interactions with global stakeholders

• Developing a wider portfolio of data validations and corresponding operational processes
• Building KPI metrics to understand data quality and areas of focus
• Ensure data policies and principles are embedded in BAU activities
• Review, improve and automate current data and reporting processes using new technologies
• Using analytic tools to present information at various levels
• Creating clear documentation of processes
• Understanding stakeholders data requirements to provide fit for purpose data
