Job Details

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of Goods, Works and consultancy services (should have worked on preparation of tender documents, responding to pre-bid queries, tender evaluation etc.)
• Must have direct experience of applying the World Bank’s or other donor Procurement policies and guidelines and be able to reference examples of such experience.
• Experience in managing transport project (road & highways/Railways/Ports & Waterways/Airport) along with good knowledge of project planning, monitoring and management techniques.
• Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience working on large infrastructure projects as procurement specialist and amongst all his projects atleast 1-2 projects should be World bank/ADB/JICA or any other donor agency funded.
• Excellent client management skills along with analytical and report writing skills.
