• Implement the daily maintenance plan to enhance the serviceability OF mechanical & knowledge on electricals
• Implement and monitor the preventive / predictive maintenance to minimize breakdown
• Handle real time breakdown/emergency effectively
• Able to implement the maintenace systems using maintenace tools and improve the OEE, redcue mean time between the failure, mean time to repair etc ,
• Should be able to handle workmen and guide the fitters to acheive the KPI's
• Should be able to handle contractors ensuring the availabilty of the workmen to ensure non stop operation.
• Should be able use maintenace tools and able to improve MTTR, MTBF ETC
• VED analysis of spares & maintain inventory of vital, essential & desirable spares as par analysis
• Maintaining asset history data & improving asset life applying analysing tools
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of Turbine, DG’s, Air Compressors, HVAC, STP, ETP, Industrial Water Supply, incinerator, Chillers and other utilities
• Be responsible for Statuary compliance adherence and monitoring
• Maintenance and monitoring of the pollution control equipments to ensure the pollution norms as per the CPCB Requirements.
• Should have good acumen and able to implement kaizen in the utilities
• Have the capability to handle the workmen and contractors in a complied way.
• Monitoring and improving the boiler efficiency , energy effieciency and specific water consumption of the boiler, cooling towers softners and RO Plant
• Document and Report maintenance activities
• Maintain a list of all spares available
• Measure and monitor Utility consumption reporting
• Liaise with Government Regulatory authorities for license renewals, NOCs etc
• To implement the CapEx projects ensuring the compliance
• Monitor the execution day by day and implement the same within the timelines,
• Liaise with Government Regulatory authorities for license renewals, NOCs etc.

• 2-5 Years in the manufacturing sector with functional knowledge of maintenance of transformers, switch gears, TG sets, DG sets, VFDs, logic circuits etc
• Knowledge of electrical equipments & logic controls
• Knowledge of handling mechanical failures
• Mechanical safety
• Knowledge of step down transformers, turbine, diesel generators
• Electrical safety
• Problem solving & energy saving skills
• Has knowledge on operations excellence
• Is familiar with Integrated management system
• Has got experience on instrumentation & controls
• Has experience in harvesting & using solar energy
