1) Coordination/consolidation of the annual update of the long range business plan (LRP) and annual bottom-up business plan by ensuring the collection of data from all relevant business areas, providing historical data and providing objective feedback on inputs for the five-year forecast. So that PO AfMEI complies with corporate timelines and provides consistent structured input for EBITDA calculation. Compliance with corporate timing & deliverables.
Accuracy of the plans against actuals.
2) Contribute to the effective business planning for any assigned project (e.g market and segment analysis, emerging market trends, DSO/ DOH targets, study effectiveness of business models – HUB/BWH vis-à-vis back to back) through an interpretive projection of business information, an identification of problems and opportunities, and a capacity to develop recommendations to correct problems and capitalize on opportunities.

3)Preparation and coordination of the assembly of appraisal meeting presentations (incl. STI updates, Gap closure), business presentation for senior management including creation of charts & tables used for business analysis. To ensure aligned and consistent business presentations and documents.
4) Quality and timeliness of the presentations and documents for EAI O&P organization, customer feedback.

5)Develop and maintain analytical models (e.g monthly KPI reports, dashboards, etc) for monitoring and managing business performance in BIT
To help AfMEI mgmt. to monitor annual KPIs on monthly basis. Help assess short term strategy for the month/quarter.
Quality, accuracy and timeliness of the analysis, customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business/industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with data and reporting infrastructure (SAP BW) with ability to work in that environment. Good to have: knowledge of Microsoft Tableau, Visual Basic
• Good communication, written and presentation skills consistent with client group including Senior Managers & Executives
• Demonstrate ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment that requires rapid decision-making and task delegation with immediate impact on business results
