Job Details

• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEM (e.g. 6.2+ core platform) and integrate with end to end solution
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the AEM platform
• Assist/participate in technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives
• Provide the infrastructure needs of the system by correctly sizing it and optimizing it for maximum performance and scalability, working with broader Company ITC and Company IT teams
• Prepare detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as services layer
• Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Heavy experience with AEM / CQ platform experience in developing Components, Templates, Widgets, OSGI, JCR, Apache Sling, Adobe Cloud Service Integrations, External Integrations (with DB, Web services and other WCMs & DMS), Workflows, Socialization Framework, Packages.
• Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, such as Analytics, Target, Campaign.
• Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS development, preferably with HTML5/CSS3 exposure as well as responsive/adaptive sites exposure.
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.)
• Good understanding of SOA, web services, REST, WCF as we may connect to other systems
• Java/J2EE

• 5+ years of experience working architecting CMS solutions
• Demonstrated ability to use common Java design patterns and a working knowledge of AEM best practices
• Demonstrated ability with JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Angular), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of business processes (some flavor of Agile preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
