Job Description	Calculation of commissions for global as per commission plan document Month end accrual accounting & Amortization of expenses Leading the UAT for new commission plan and interacting with Xactly (commission calculation tool) team Close interaction with RFD's & Sr Finance director of sales for commission calculation and payment approvals, evidencing that all controls requirements are met and documented Peer review and sign-off of others work Interacting with Auditors and providing required information Preparing Month end accruals schedules for the legal entities Ensuring any query resolution is followed as per the agreed SLA Any other project work assigned by the line manager
