• Contingency planning for Disaster and Recovery for global IT services
• Corporate computing center operations (including Prague and Flint as well as delegated computing areas like colocation and cloud services)
• Computing Architecture definition including virtualization and cloud computing
• Support strategy definition
• Capacity Planning and Performance Management of the computing environment
• Continuous refinement of strategy and processes employed in delivery of support services
• Consolidation of equipment and corporate IT services.
• Advising and supporting Business IT Groups requirements.
• Training and career development of IT resources within this function
• Internal Audit function covers the audit and assessment services including:
• Internal audit strategy definition
• Continuous refinement of internal audit strategy and processes
• Consolidation of internal audits in order to be able to compare sites.
• Advising and supporting Business IT Groups requirements.
• Training and career development of IT resources within this function
• Management of business continuity and disaster recovery of corporate data resources.
• Establishes best practices for computing environments to assure the continuous operational support to the business, data integrity, physical access security procedures, and contingency planning for disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Responsible for setting up procedures and guidelines in this functional area.
• Maintains a close working relationship with corporate Infrastructure & Security Services departments and regional IT management.

• Extensive experience with, transaction processing, Data Center management contingency planning for disaster and recovery, data security administration, capacity planning and performance management tools
• Extensive knowledge of Client/Server architecture running MES, Cloud applications and SQL DB’s
• Ability to provide accurate input to internal or external audits for compliance activities.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of international standard ISO-220301 (Societal security - Business continuity management systems – Requirements).
• Extensive knowledge of international standard ISO-27001 (Information technology – Security techniques – Information security management systems – Requirements).
• Extensive knowledge of BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and TRA (Threat and Risk Analysis).
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certificates are an advantage.
