Job Details

• Should be a Subject matter expert and Advise on the overall company physical security strategy. Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies along with integration capabilities of systems is preferred.
• IP and network bandwidth/transport requirements for IP video w/ storage and archiving, and familiarity with the major manufacturer/integrator firms also required. Network design experience is a plus.
• Experience in systems like – PIDS, CCTV, C2 and analytics, Radars, Sonars, UGS, UAV’s, Gate entry automation
• Experience with enterprise class access control systems, alarm monitoring/notification systems, and digital closed-circuit video surveillance design is required.
• Management skills are important, as are working as part of architect/engineering team
• Must be able to communicate at senior levels , possess excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Should be able to independently carry out Risk Analysis, Threat Assessment, Vulnerability Analysis, Impact-Consequence Analysis, Security Operational Concept (CONOPS)
• Infrastructure and IT Audit, Security Division Structure, Security Operational Process (SOP) and submit report to the customer/sales Account Manager
• Ability to conceptualize and develop security solutions to address customers security challenges.
• Understand clients security requirements (based on RFPs / RFIs, face-to-face interactions with the client teams).
• Design appropriate solutions in line with the client requirements and ability to prepare proposals and produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to RFPs (functional and technical).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence decisions with deep technical understanding and field knowledge.
• The ability to directly engage with our clients for long periods of time with minimal management direction or oversight necessary. Maintain client relationships and penetrate existing clients.
• Evaluate RFPs and develop proposals.
• Past experience in managing a large campus/ Industrial site or defence base as customer or as solution provider/consultant
• Knowledge of best global security solutions for industrial sites/ large campus/ defence bases is necessary

• Security Management - Extensive Experience: Knowledge of information, personnel and premises security processes and procedures and ability to develop and maintain appropriate security levels
• Knowledge of and ability to employ required tools, techniques and technologies to minimize losses due to breaches of physical premises security.
• Personnel Security - Subject Matter Expertise : Knowledge of, and ability to implement, the measures necessary to safeguard an organization's employees and visitors.
• Premises Security - Extensive Experience : Knowledge of and ability to employ required tools, techniques and technologies to minimize losses due to breaches of physical premises security.
• Data Gathering and Reporting - Extensive Experience : Knowledge of and ability to utilize tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data in a particular department or division of a company.
