• Work with leadership in shaping the growth of the competency while leading all aspects of team development, including identifying, attracting and developing talent.
• Play a major role in business development efforts

• Architect sustainable big data platforms while identifying gaps and opportunities to improve on existing solutions and processes

• Building best practices in implementing Big Data technologies

• 15-20 years of overall experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics
• Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills
• Strong technology leadership in Architecting BI, DW and Big Data & Analytics
• Experience building teams, including attracting and developing talent
• Implementing DevOps, Agile frameworks in Big Data & Analytics
• Latest architectural patterns and technologies involving technologies like
• Hadoop (Hortonworks / Cloudera / MAPR), NoSQL (Cassandra, HBase , MongoDB, Couchbase/ Redis / MarkLogic / MemCache),
• Experience in implementing Big data architecture in AWS /MS Azure / GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in IoT (Internet of Things) / data ingestion for real time / streaming data ingestion and processing platforms / technologies (Kafka / Apache Nifi / Kylo / Spark etc.)
• Experience in SolR / ELK (Elastic Search / Logstash / Kibana) / Splunk is preferred
• Experience in customer facing implementations / presentations
• Presales – Responding to RFPs, Effort & cost estimation, Resource & staffing plan
• End to End Data architecture experience
• Onsite work experience is preferred
