Job Details

• The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in acting as a Solution Architect for Retail / Manufacturing / Logistics business
• The candidate must have experience in conceptualization, design and implementation of Solution Architecture for at least 3 large scale implementation projects in Retail / Logistics / Manufacturing domains in the last 5 years
• In depth knowledge of software development continuum
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

• This person will be expected to Own the design and finalization of overall solution architecture for the enterprise projects by collaborating with other OEMs / smaller SIs / internal teams
• Lead the design phase of the solution, participate in all remaining phases to verify that the design is installed, configured and documented correctly
• Provide subject matter expertise for on JDA solutions while creating integrated technical solutions that focus on customer’s business needs (including, but not limited to):
• Warehouse management
• Workforce management
• Transportation
• Category management
• Develop ecosystem of tools and offerings for various business verticals.
• Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements
• Deliver successful Proof of Concept engagements that demonstrate solution outcome mapping to customer needs
• Anchor RFP response and proposals to the clients from a Technical perspective
• Effectively support the sales and engineering teams with technical presentations
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
