Job Details

• Responsible nationally for the Installations and Fault Repairs service delivery across all the Towns/Cities of TSBB operation.
• Partner Governance for Installation and Fault Repairs to deliver Technically superior, First time Right Customer experience on I&FR
• Ensuring that Partners customer facing teams are well trained (functional as well as behavioral), well attired and having the right Tools and test equipment’s.
• Ensuring Daily/ Weekly and Monthly dashboard for reporting I&FR deliverables in collaboration with IT team
• Putting in place strong processes and a process driven work culture for I&FR teams (both in house and Partner teams).
• Responsible for initiating Automation initiatives around I&FR in collaboration with IT and driving these projects to closure in a time-bound manner.
• Responsible for onboarding and training of In-house (on roll as well as off roll) and Partner teams and ensuring that the Productivity measurement and enhancement is a way of life.
• Responsible for DPR (Daily progress report) monitoring and Project management, ensure material consumption booking done by partner teams as per KPI's
• Ensuring compliance to various Marketing and Customer Satisfaction initiatives delivery through the I&FR teams as per Organization requirements
• Strict adherence to safety measures
• Responsible for material management and reconciliation
• Responsible for training of partner teams for Quality First initiative and best practice as well as specific on the job training including soft skills, CRM, mobile app training
• Responsible for cross functional lead, support and follow up for customer related and all escalations if any

• Must have a working knowledge of various communications systems and architectures including MEN, GPON, FTTx, fiber optic network topology, modular building construction experience and other industry standard system designs and equipment.
• Hands-On knowledge on Installation & FR in the overall career span
• Strong Partner Management Skills, Team Management skills.
• MS Office experience – working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Project.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities, well organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience on Operating CRM and other Workflow Automation systems
