• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of overall experience BI Reporting/Dashboard creation
• Strong database and query skills are required (specifically MS Excel, SQL)
• Strong skills in building reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI
• Business Needs Analysis: 3 years (Required)
• Database Queries: 3 years (Required)
• ETL processing: 2 years (Required)
• Power BI Visualization Design: 3 years (Required)
• Power BI Data Modeling: 3 years (Required)
• Desired but not required knowledge of Python

• Extract and verify accuracy of data used for various ad-hoc and standardized dashboards/reports.
• Ability to think outside the box and to be proactive in development of solutions.
• Become an expert in understanding our data and where to look for different pieces of data within overall data model.
• Provide support to Global Marketing and Global Finance/ Operations team in answering ad hoc questions and training related to dashboards you have built
• May build one off ad hoc analysis for assigned departments on as needed basis
• Develop technical documentation of dashboards.
• Other duties may be assigned
