• Suggest appropriate grade / material to the customer
• Attend customer complaints and provide suitable Corrective Actions
• Provide technical inputs to distributors sales force & participate in production promotional activities
• Provide technical-solutions to customers on all steel related issues.
• Manage New/Modified product development process at customer interface.
• Help improve suitability of our material by improved understanding of customer processes
• Performance evaluation of Client’s and Competitor’s products and provide inputs for modification/development and up gradation of client’s products
• Respond to Customer query (email/ on-line/ telephone)
• Conduct stockyard and customer process audits
• Conduct trials at customer's end
• Suggest Technical solutions
• Attending customer complaints on product quality at site/ customer's premises, provide on-site solution to customer
• Prepare MIS for reviews and improvements

• Proficient in Product and Process Knowledge of Hot Rolled / Cold Rolled / Coated Product / Rebar / Wire rods / Tubes Processes,
• On-field failure investigation/ trial abilities, Fundamentals of Rebar application, Ability to communicate/ deliver technical aspects
• Understanding of customer processes like forming, welding, phosphate and painting, levelling.
• Phenomena observations at customer end and critically analyse the customer processes to understand the issue and provide solutions.
