Job Details

• Implementation of ABP, Strategies & Planning wrt technological advances. Developing the excellence model for environmental parameters with benchmarking and innovative means.
• Developing plan for ZLD and preparing the mass balance/water balance
• Ensuring implementation of Best Available technologies in terms of reducing dust emissions, reduction in water consumption through innovative technologies for water recycling and reuse, solid waste utilization, minimizing waste water discharge with concept of zero effluent discharge.
• Developing the mechanism for Steel recycling with Concept of Circular Economy, Carbon shadow pricing, Carbon capturing and sequestration including association with research and development

• Experience of working in similar function
• Technical Competencies (Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role):
• Understanding of steel making process. Water balance, water consumption etc.
• National and International legislations protocol treaties
• Behavioral Competencies (Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role):
• Analytical, decision making skills, ability to influence management, ability to counsel working employee for safe practices, good verbal and written communications skill, honest, polite, energetic, assertive and believe in hard working
