Job Details

• Manage the RTB and CTB delivery for Finance at GFS.
• Identify, engage and deliver on opportunities which help FMG with better data quality and System usage.
• Engage with FMG and GFS wide stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions in partnership with technology.
• Deliver on system change projects through the lifecycle.
• Manage the system blueprint / architecture working closely with the Technology function
• Work with function stakeholders to create and implement automation plans
• Transition of new applications from Change to operations

• Experience with Finance technology upkeep and change delivery including process automation specifically in the area of Finance Controls or Trade Finance.
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve problems related to requests and queries from business users within the pre-determined timeframe of the service level agreement.
• Ability to analyse problems independently and identify root cause of issue including the identification and documentation of defects using problem determination skills
• Participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) for application bugs, enhancements and new features.
• Prior experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services organisations
• Experience of working in an International environment will be an added advantage.
