Job Details

• Preparing cost estimate, capability building, preparing execution network, conducting plant trials for feasibility studies and commercialization of new products. Building trial reports and variability analysis.
• Collect total information of product characteristics, evaluate technology for the best fit and assessfeasibility & estimation of additional / new infrastructure requirements at mfg. units along with CAPEX requirements with appropriate justification.
• Manage information resources and technology - Review and Reporting
• Participate in cross functional fora PTM and Quality Meetingsto seek from and provide support to other functions - part of stage gate meeting/process
• Responsible for releasing MIS on all trials of new products and the process to be taken care of
• Coordinates the information in checking that all SOPS and standards have been met; Protocol compliances followed
• Preparing project network and tracking for execution plan within the agreed timeline.
• Imparting on-the-job training and guiding factory team for adhering to critical process control points and troubling shootings for encountering the manufacturing defects and complying with quality acceptance criteria and manufacturing and product standards.
