Job Details

• Partnering with the National Sales Manager to drive structural and sustainable growth across geographies and channels through business partnering and controlling role
• The Commercial Controller to guide the customer facing team to ensure committed levels of return on investment for all channel partners. Evaluation of channel expansion plans and validating addition/removal of channel partners are responsibilities of the BP Commercial
• Evaluating the risk of exposures, both in inventory and receivables vs business opportunity are among key responsibilities of BP Commercial
• Help drive change management in financial processes across our Regional/Central finance team members
• Perform routine and ad hoc financial analyses for the National Leadership team on key sales and projects
• Engage in Global finance initiatives to collectively drive the business and the finance organization to either scale, transform, evolve or become more efficient
• Support the controller in budgeting process for Working Capital and Revenue target deployment process
• Lead process & tool improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and impact

• Chartered Accountant or MBA from Premier Business Schools in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in a large organization including business partnering experience, experience in Commercial set up in FMCG a must have and stint in factory will be good to have
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure
• Strong compliance orientation with ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.
• Expertise in developing driver based financial modeling leveraging various data sources
