Job Details

• The role provides L2 and L3 support to ERP (NetSuite) and BlackLine (Balance Sheet reconciliation tool)
• Works with end users for undertaking any key functional configuration / process changes as approved as per guidelines
• Administers NetSuite ERP & BlackLine Application, maintenance of master data, user access controls etc.
• Role is a functional SME in all modules of ERP (Functional 70% & Technical 30%)
• Responsible to interact with ERP application vendors in case of application malfunctions and changing the application configuration, managing upgrades / new releases.
• Works with End Users to get BAU Processes tested w r t New Release and implement new features periodically released by ERP vendors
• Works closely with Finance team in implementing BlackLine tool (Balance Sheet reconciliation system), ensure timely data loads from ERP on daily / monthly basis to facilitate Balance sheet reconciliation / certification process of Finance
• Leads the changes to these applications as projects / enhancements / implement new features and are usually related to analysis, development, testing, UAT and deployment to production based on business requirement. Enhancements includes workflow / process changes, scripting.
• Works with business in creating / configuring new access roles, implementing segregation of duties and other system controls to ensure data integrity across systems & contributes in improving internal controls
• Team members are specialists accustomed to work with production sensitive environments where one single fault or failure can cause business loss and downtime affecting multiple departments. The team members should be available on call and be able to work sometime during weekends and month ends.
• Team members carry out necessary knowledge sharing for the smooth functioning of the team

• The Senior Financial Systems Professional serves as an internal subject matter expert and supports all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultations. This role provides hands-on support for best utilization and integration of NetSuite & BlackLine Applications to maximize the diverse operational needs of the Finance function and investments in Financial Applications. This role will report to Senior Manager – NetSuite Platform Delivery.
• Currently Blackline has been supported by a shared resource. This particular resource handles both NetSuite and Blackline. As we are bringing all D+H entities into Blackline, we need a dedicated resource. In addition with increase number of users and global time zones, we require dedicated resources to manage and support NetSuite ERP system.
