Job Details

• This requirement is for Global Reconciliations operations team.
• Daily responsibilities will be project management in nature. Good business understanding of securities markets, Reconciliations and related systems will be required. The candidate should have good documentation and project management knowledge and should be able to work through multiple or at times conflicting priorities with an eye for detail.
• The candidate would be responsible for leading and managing a variety of migration related activities which are global in nature for teams integrating to Reconciliations.
• Should be well versed with project management techniques and possess effective communication and presentation skills.
• In addition to this, innovative thought process to provide tactical as well as strategic solutions to business teams is expected.

• Project managing a variety of migration projects impacting or initiated by Reconciliations.
• Ability to develop a plan and monitor activities that are necessary to complete business analysis effort by identifying stakeholders.
• Complete side by side reconciliation review to clearly define/ identify the reconciliation that can be integrated within Global reconciliation
• Ability to assess & clearly define the FTE impacts through the process
• Provide leadership in identifying and understanding business need defines the need and develop solution scope that can be implemented.
• Co-ordinate across multiple groups including donor processing areas projects & Training and escalate as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects
• Through the project implementation, ensure all requirements of the migration governance are being followed ( Documentation/ Service Desc, BCP etc)
• Constantly track the progress and release of management dashboards
• Technical experts without management responsibilities, seen as advisors to the business
• Time management and prioritization of tasks and projects
• Keeps abreast of the changing and evolving landscape within the business unit and the markets
