Job Details

• Own the task /defect assigned to L3 support team
• Identify root cause of the issue by debugging code, workflows and looking at logs for Cloud infrastructure/DB/Application.
• Interact with engineering team, delivery and support teams when working on defects or issues.
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Years of Development or application support experience on Microsoft Technologies & Tools(C#,.net, MVC,WebAPI, Visual Studio ) ETL /DW, structured and unstructured database , HTML CSS3/JavaScript;
• Hands on with ETL tools such as Matillion/Similar;
• Sound Relational DB concepts;
• Strong in SQL with DBs such as Redshift (like NoSQL DBs);
• Python exposure with Scripting;
• AWS fundamentals such as SNS, SQS;
• Java, Rest API know how, AWS Lambda, ELK stack know how with some Kafka basics;
• Should have excellent debugging skills;
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly;
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies;
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to quickly change priorities Quality of Work.
