• Key User Role under SAP system for GST and responsible for automation of GST compliances
• Pro-actively identifying non compliances and drafting New Work Instruction to improve Compliances
• Fully updated on Goods & Service Tax Circular & Notification
• Update operational team regarding changes happening in GST Regime from time to time. Implement the new rules & procedures and update Work flow Instructions
• Co-ordination with Legal Department, Finance & Consultants for timely submission of reply of SCN/ Objection of Central Goods and Service Tax & Custom.
• Ensure Compliance of Goods and Service Tax in all Business places.
• Prepare data for monthly and annual returns in close consultation with external consultants
• Working closely with Consultant for ongoing business queries related to GST impact on business transactions
• Preparing various reconciliations for GST Audit and Annual return
• Ability to handle initial level notices from department and attending hearings

• Able to identify processes and liaise closely with IT team to automate the processes
• Dealing with different kind of Auditor
• Ability to interpret provisions of Central Goods and Service Tax Rules & Laws & Ability to cope with frequent changes in GST Rules and regulations
• Responsible for all GST Compliances at factory & Depots independently
• Ability to handle Central Goods and Service Tax matter with CMO
• Good knowledge of SAP and computer skills
