• Leadership, driving teams and taking personal responsibility of delivery
• Scope and estimate projects and tasks, as well as manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with minimal supervision
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to integrate and translate complex concepts into tactical action plans and drive to implementation
• Manage, train and mentor technology teams
• Ensure on time, high quality delivery of projects
• Work with different stakeholders from business and technology teams across different locations
• Keep all stakeholders informed about progress of various projects and escalate where required
• Identification of continuous improvements to the team, to develop a high-performance, highly-motivated development team, using best in class software development lifecycle tools and techniques
• Owning relationships with India based consultancies and software vendors

• 10+ years of experience as a technology leader in a similar role
• Experience of working with cross functional teams across different geographies
• Self-driven with a problem solving and solution oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills, including issue, risk and escalation management
• Excellent understanding of modern techniques in the software development lifecycle
