Job Details

• Is responsible for all production activities, product quality, production efficiency, yield, productivity, equipment availability, optimum cost and SHE within the production department, with the final aim of customers satisfaction, company profitability and employee welfare, meeting at all time the Budget targets.
• Production planning, inventories, raw materials provisions as per monthly plan, ensuring that production is carried out under controlled conditions
• Prepares the annual production Budget as per company rules and instructions
• Prepares and keeps up to date all the information concerning the area of responsibility, specially the Production conditions and grade changes, Raw materials consumption and yields, Production manuals, Operating procedures and Instructions
• Together with the Maintenance department, is responsible for the implementation of scheduled Maintenance activities and periodic Maintenance programs.
• Identifies training needs and provides training when required to team members.
• Assure and enforce that team follow and comply at all time with the internal procedures, including SHE, housekeeping and administration, encouraging them to follow the good practices in these areas.
• Be proactive and creative, bringing new opportunities, ideas and improvements to his superiors for a continuous improvement and up-to-date of the process, encouraging and motivating team on the same direction
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement program and teams or other activities directed to process, efficiency, reliability or SHE improvements of the plant.
