Job Details

• Experience in working in Telecommunication domain preferably Optical Networking
• Good understanding of Agile environment and alignment to Agile writing principles
• Knowledge of DevOps software development with continuous delivery methodology
• Candidates with a good knowledge of Rich Media content creation tools is preferred and would be given preference
• Knowledge of Defect-tracking system (e.g., Jira), Content Management System, Wiki (Confluence etc.)
• Knowledge of basic UNIX and scripting is preferred
• Experience in API documentation is an added advantage
• Good understanding of the SDLC and DDLC, and Structured writing principles
• Experience in managing documentation schedules and deliverables
• Knowledge of XML authoring XML authoring using ArborText or Oxygen and graphic tools such as SnagIt and CorelDraw
• Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills
• Extensive experience in documentation for a complex technology
• Experience with cross-site collaboration for content development
• Gather data from and work with PLM, R&D, and Test to ensure appropriate creation and timely delivery of technical publications to coincide with product release
• Understanding of single-sourcing and content management systems
