Job Description	Manage the Canteen Services for Jamshedpur Steel by ensuring timely and quality canteen services are provided to all employees while complying to all statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.Implementation of strategy/policy on Canteen Services aligned to the stated HRM objectives for Co.’s & contract workers . 2. Benchmarking and recommending on Industry best practices to bring about Improvement. 3.Ensure smooth administration of canteen services for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and changing business requirement. 4.Grievance handling of issues related to Canteen.
