Job Details

• Conceptualize and create deployment plan for Loan officers
• Strike strategic tie ups with corporate to stage loan desks at their premises
• Ensure all the marketing enablers are used in sourcing customers
• Track & report productivity from events and activities
• Conceptualize new events & activities for sourcing loans
• Manage the vendor on-boarding process for new vendors & selling partners
• Build adequate process for a robust feedback mechanism for potential clients
• Manage relationships with key corporate where we hold loan desks
• Ensure company service standards are executed at all deployment points
• Liaise with various departments like product, marketing etc
• Ensure internal process and controls are followed at point of sourcing
• On time reporting of events & activities
• Engage closely with marketing to carry out the assigned responsibilities
• Ensure self compliance on various training's
• Review, report & suggest training needs for Loan officers

-Tier 2 MBA institute with 3 5 years of work exp
-Corporate sales experience ( eg. sal account RMs from other banks )
-Any kind of marketing / sales opportunity creation would be an added advantage
-Preferably a female candidate to promote diversity in the team.
