• Provide oversight to the engagement: Track & improve the KPIs of Service delivery, People engagement, Innovation
• Partnering with Delivery Manager to ensure the work is delivered on time and with quality
• People availability forecasting vis--vis workload forecasting & planning, process standardization
• Knowledge management & productivity enhancement
• Engage with multiple partners for improving the people quality and supporting value addition to the business
• Resource planning, Recruitment, On Boarding and career management of team
• Retention, Backup and succession planning across the team
• Performance management Objective creation at team level, Performance evaluation after interacting with stakeholders and normalization across teams
• Coaching and mentoring team

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in project management and managing teams.
• Exposure to managing offshore technology teams in Distributed technologies.
• Exposure to Service management.
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile implementations.
• Ability to consolidate information across multiple teams and bring meaningful actions.
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity - ability to influence (add value).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to seed new capabilities in the team and evolve the teams for future.
