• Analysis of company results, transcripts, townhalls, sector, regulation and preparation of pitch books, strategy papers,
• Analysis of market themes which may develop into business opportunities eg. regulatory change, M&A activity
• Analysis of individual company business profile, reserves, sensitivities etc
• Deep dive analysis on competitors
• Financial analysis of company business with client including development over time
• Market analysis for strategy development projects
• Manage strategic partnerships to ensure a smooth introduction of solutions
• Work with the transaction manager and client manager & underwriters to originate deals and to provide clients with a pragmatic solutions that meets their needs
• Capital solutions: (Capital & Financial) Modeling and illustrating the cost/benefit effects of reinsurance solutions under different capital regimes

• 5+ years' experience in L&H and P&C (re)insurance industries (preferably both)
• Good understanding of primary insurance markets, trends, and products
• Good combined knowledge of actuarial capital models, corporate finance, accounting, solvency and ratings capital models as well as company valuation drivers
• Analytical (proficient); ability to articulate clearly, ability to prioritize and multitask, adaptable, open-minded, pragmatic, ability to manage expectation of different stakeholders
