Job Details

• 1.Plan, implement and monitor strategies related to Contract Workers Management with a view to optimize number & enhance productivity.
• 2.Provide guidance to CWR cell at FAMD level on CWM matters to maintain uniformity.
• 3.Review and monitor to ensure Statutory Compliances to achieve adherence of relevant statutes related to CL&R act across the organisation to achieve zero violation.
• 4.Ensure better service conditions and uniform amenities on shop-floor between contract workers and own employees to reduce feeling of discrimination and increase motivation of contract workforce.
• 5.External stakeholder management to gain their support (CII, EFI and legislative / government bodies/ courts etc.).
• 6.Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.

• 3-5 Years of experience in HRM in an organization of a similar scale, preferably manufacturing organization
• Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred
• Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations is must
• Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role. Knowledge or Oriya preffered.

• Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
