Job Details

1) Drive Improvement projects, Initiatives, Policies across organisation. 
2) Implement Six sigma Methodology thro driving GB, BB & DFSS programs,- Design, develop & execute Six sigma program structure, Work out on boarding of external trainers, Drive project progress thro' review & assessment, support Belts technically, participate as trainer & deliver six sigma training jointly with external trainers, evaluate & reward projects, take inputs from & support top management for projects deliverables. 
3) Take initiatives to sustain & step up TPM & TQM to next level.

1) Strong communication, flavor to teach & train people. 
2) Strong knowledge of Six sigma - Knows six sigma tools application very well. Knows statistical tools like : Parametric / Non parametric comparative tools, ANOVA, Regression, Correlation, MSA, DOE & RSM), and Logical tools like QFD, Pugh's Analysis, FMEA, CPM etc 
3) Passion to solve problems & improve. 
4) Consulting background or polished personality / stature.
