• Would work as profit center head & will be responsible of entire branch
• Will be responsible for Sales & Operations & BD of the location business
• Special Focus On Customer Service
• Planning and running of operations in respective branch
• Maintaining & monitoring operational performance of the team
• Accountable for service level deliveries
• Assist in developing business volumes, new clients at the respective branch
• Timely billing and collection form the respective clients
• 100% Vendor and Legal/ statutory compliances.
• Vendor development and management.
• Maintaining client relations.

• Hands on ground level experience in handling large fleet of vehicles.
• Addressing vendor & driver grievances.
• 24/7/365 attitude for the business operations.
• Crisis management skills.
• Good understanding of Transport business.
• Effective interface between client / vendors, drivers & the management.
• Self assured, confident, Adaptable to change.
• Quick decision making ability.
• Man management skills to deal effectively the base level manpower.
• Work under time constraints and stressful & challenging situations.
• Should be from transportation / People Logistics background.
