Job Details

• Act as the go to person for the assigned product segment.
• Perform customer assessments and demonstrate the ability to identify issues and opportunities at the customer end
• devise plans that translate business-to-technical requirements and vice versa with pricing and revenue modelling
• Displays sound understanding of the benefit the product provides to the customer ; be able to articulate the product-as-the-solution to specific customer problems and tie product metrics to business goals in a compelling way
• Own and present the product roadmap to the stakeholders in the organization.
• Formulate broader product process and become the voice for the product team to leadership
• Spearhead strategic projects related to the product, craft high-level strategy future proofing the product and ensure the marketing teams are advancing that strategy at the frontend effectively
• Regularly communicate the performance and status of the product segment to relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for budgeting for the product organization, delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the segments of business and/or key customers.

10-14 years of experience that includes 6 7 years in Production/ R&D or Marketing in the respective Product segments.
