Job Details

• This position is a hands-on technical role that requires the analyst to be able to support incidents in the production environment and also provide release and health-check/monitoring support. 
• The analyst will have overall responsibility for day to day support of the CREDIT suite of applications.
• Hands on experience with L2/L3 support
• Provide application support in accordance with standard guidelines within the agreed SLAs.
• Debug and identify production issues by analyzing code, complex SQL queries & stored Procedures
• Participate in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to DB server issues, application server issues and network issues.
• Partnering with L3 support teams to resolve issues and drive problem management.
• Review service trends, identify themes, communicate risk and propose technical solutions.
• Monitor performance trends, system stability and trigger preventive actions.

• Good functional Knowledge on LoanIQ (Finastra) product and loan processing.
• Previous experience in handling LoanIQ production support incidents.
• Experience working with US based users.
• Strong in SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to research and resolve complex systems, applications and user issues
• Flexibility to work in a shift environment (no night shifts)
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in priorities
• Excellent spoken and written English and clear oral communication skills.
• Experience in Batch Net jobs and autosys jobs.
