Job Details

• Analyze, design and develop solutions for business requirements for FX business.
• Work along and coordinate with various Development, Testing, Infrastructure and Production Support teams for finding and implementing technical solutions for business requirements.
• Understand organization change management process and implement change in production following the process.
• Leading a team of at least 4 people to get deliveries for FX business.

• Experience with FX business.
• Minimum 6 years of development experience in object oriented languages such as Java, C#.
• Experience with development of Web applications using technologies like Java EE, C#, ASP.Net etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading a team of at least 4 people.
• Ability to understand technical issues faced by subordinates and unblock them.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams spread across various geographical locations.
• Application design tools/framework Spring, Hibernate, Apache projects, Maven, Ant, Eclipse etc.
• Sound technical understanding of Windows Services, Relational Databases, XML, HTTP, MQ.
• Experience with various code versioning systems such as Subversion etc.
• Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with UNIX shell scripts/Windows batch scripts
• Experience with development using WebMethods.
• Knowledge of FX trade flows
