Job Details

Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS Functional role or breadth of experience in a Functional Analyst role.
Implementation experience must include (but not limited to) EBS modules, viz. OM, PO, INV, Advanced Pricing. Experience in other modules is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of various setup options and configuration choices available across above Oracle modules.
In-depth expertise in various customization options available in Oracle EBS with an ability to articulate pros/cons of each of the options in front of a senior business & IT leadership.
(Desirable) R12.2.x experience will be a definite edge over R12.0.x or R12.1.x experience.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Resourcefulness engage right people at right time within or beyond the core team.
Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills, with ability to articulate messages differently to different audience ranging from a programmer to CIO, IT Directors, and Business heads.
R12 Implementation experience of recent 5+ years in above areas.
