Job Details

Functions as business partner with service lines, departments, individuals, and coworkers.

Develops in-depth knowledge of system capabilities, applications, and processes to function effectively as an educator and expert for system users.

Participates actively in routine meetings with department heads and/or super users to identify, document, and prioritize their needs.

Work closely with other departments to grant or remove permissions for new and existing employees Provides technical support services.

Review incoming tickets daily working within the full provisioning lifecycle include de provisioning. Provides assessment, coordination, documentation, release note review, testing, and implementation of programming, upgrade, and project requests.

Ensures compliance with Information Systems & Technology Provides system solutions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Provides and communicates clear documentation for support, status, and issues resolutions.

Experience in Identity and Access Management Experience in Microsoft Exchange.

Experience in Active Directory.

Knowledge of information technology security governing bodies.

Proven strong oral and written communication skills with a diverse population Proven organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
