Job Details

• Project Manager will ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). He/she will ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with Cross Functional Groups (including all project contributors).
• Managing and leading the project team.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Maintains Project Risk Assessment log along with mitigation plans
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Mentor team members on project management aspects

Proven experience of 8+ years as Project Management or relevant position
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
Proficient and Hands on experience in MS project
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
Experience in Automotive field will be an added advantage
