1. Achieve compliance of testing plan based on different internal & external customers requirement.
2.Maintaining records & preparing complete test report of the same. Interaction with customers.
3.Design simulation of product in applications through ROMAX, ANSYSS etc. Designing of mating parts and fixtures for test rigs.
4. Effective & best utilization of the setup, Plan for proper maintenance & health of the equipment and its upgradation.
5.Ensuring a safe working environment in the section,1S and 2S, Visual management. Review of work Instructions and procedure.
6. Planning and presenting to the management the new requirements of testing centre aligned with the expectations of the customers in various application.
7.Improvement Projects on product reliability and benchmarking.
8.Compliance to IATF requirements and other standards and procedures.

Quality system (TS16949), Quality Management System -TPM,TBEM etc, Engineering drawings and specifications, Leadership, Convincing Others, Team Development, Develop & Maintain Relationship, Mentoring, Quality Systems - ISO9001-2000, IT skills ( Internet, MS Office ), Product quality specification and diviation.
