Job Details

• Implement the HRM strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals
• Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
• Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.

• Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred
• Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations is must
• Marathi Language Fluency is a must.
• Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
• Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
• Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
• Interpersonal Effectiveness and Influence and Networking at target level
• Integrity , Achievement Orientation & Professional excellence
• Networking
