Job Details

• Business Process Analyst is responsible for translating business problems or needs into business requirements and functional specifications.
• Should be adept at using tools for streamlining business processes and explaining and documenting project plans and processes.
• Should have proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investmentsand focus on applying business process mapping to create engaging SAP system for meeting the business strategy of the company.
• Analyse and understand project scope and objectives based on discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate end user requests and business needs into requirements for technical solutions that meet end user objectives.
• Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, assist in documenting new processes and procedures, facilitate testing, training and user acceptance and oversee rollout of the solutions.

• Should have SAP (MM) Techno Functional Experience
• Proficient knowledge of software implementations and use of Office applications software
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Logical and efficient.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
