Job Details

Pre-Sales Support 
Assist sales team and local distributors in introducing the companys product to potential customers, carry out product presentation and demonstration, and deliver satisfactory solutions to customers questions and queries.
Support sales team and local distributors in the technical specifications during tender projects.
Attend local promotional activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops. Support the Application Manager in design local product promotion toolkits.
Support the Application Manager to design and implement new product launching activities or road shows.

Post-Sales Support 
Work closely with the sales team to assure product development and distribution goals are congruent.
Work with service team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments.
Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use it.
Collect distributors and end-users feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
Work together with our sales or distributors to set up reference sites.
Perform post-sale demos to the customers to develop product understanding and applications knowledge.

Other Activities
Brief and train the sales team on periodic basis.
Train the distributors team for better product demo to end users.
Keep good relationship with local opinion leaders.
Evaluate new product in local market and bring feedbacks for product positioning strategy and further improvement.
Submit monthly work plan as requested by the management.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports to Mindray to review assignments in the previous period and to make the detailed work plan for the next pe
