Job Details

1. To carry out all procurement activities meeting the Project schedule and Budget requirements.
2. Issue of RFP for Supply and Service orders, commercial evaluation and driving technical evaluation of bids in consultation with engineering team.
3. Identification of supplier/contractor and award of PO/contracts as per company policy, project schedule and budget.
4. Issue of purchase and work orders.
5. Take the required approvals and compliances as per the check lists, during the tendering and award process
6. Negotiating, Executing and resolving all contractual and commercial aspects, schedule, etc. with the vendors/contractors.
7. To build data base development including rate analysis and preparing the MIS.
8. Coordination/Expediting with vendors and internally as required to ensure delivery of supplies and services are made as per contract to meet project requirements.
9. Checking vendor invoices and ensure timely payments and maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability of documents.
10. Timely closing of the NFA/Purchase Orders as per the company policy and processes.
11. Closure of contracts and PO complying all requirements.
12. Any other task as may be directed to you from time to time by company.

• Module expert
• Someone from manufacturing background of Photovoltaic cell/panel/module
• Should have done procurement of Ingots, wafer, monocrystalline & polycrystalline solar cell
• Should be hands on with Module costing
• Should be aware of market trend of module and its value chain
• Strong Techno-commercial knowledge
• Proficiency to work on ERP/SAP.
