Job Details

• Assist the state business head in developing detailed business plans for each function and ensure these are aligned with key strategic business objectives
• Define performance metrics and targets for each department for the financial year
• Monitor and track performance against targets/KPIs and report any variations against future projections to mobility business head
• Communicate variance to respective mobility department heads
• Consolidate, review and prepare sales , revenue and operational reports for the entire mobility operations, as well as for each of the different departments
• Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis and forecasts to assist in the planning process
• Help the business head in carrying out financial planning and analysis for the service line by providing detailed analysis/dashboard on key value drivers for the business

• Interfacing with clients and to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions
