• Understanding of Core Baking System, setting up and maintain GL accounts, monitoring of the office/ suspense account therein.
• Design and implement controls in various systems and manual work around where ever system control is not available.
• Understanding of banking/ financial product, analyze the product from financial control taxation and accounting perspective.
• Identify the area of improvement in the system and prepare fianc requirement to ensure maximum automation.
• Ensure accurate and timely Revenue and Direct Cost and business related Assets & Liability Accounting.
• Assist in product setting up the financial process for new product.
• Ensure no Revenue & Value loss to organization.
• Handle audit and ensure timely closure of all audit point if any.
• Ensure Control over various System/ Transaction Reconciliations and various Settlement.
• Timely billing on various business partner.
• Arrange time fund for business operation activity.
• Ensure optimum utilization of the fund.
• Interaction with bank on various business need.

Hands on experience of Finacle (CBS).

Good in Excel, Access.

Good understanding of BFSI, Merchant acquiring, Couponing, Loyalty business.

Understand the business dynamics.

Soft skill Good inter personnel, communication skills and person should be aggressive and assertive and can do work independently.

Able to work under tough time lines.
