• Handling Loan operations end to end disbursement for Loans & Investment Products
• Handling Reconciliation of Books for Mortgage Business & ensuring no open book entry.
• Handling activities allocated from disbursal, collection & GL reconciliation with provision.
• Loan Servicing of customer including necessary query closure & or provide desired communication to customer.
• System Testing & Development for mortgage business ensuring ease of access to business & management.
• Introduction of new system that would enable business to perform on better prospect with customer interaction.
• Creation of new process for mortgage ensuring gap closure of understanding on actuals between business & operations team for smooth flow of transaction.
• Escrow Opening, Document checking & collection updation in system against payment received via Escrow Account.
• Managing audit query for Loan & Investment Product.
• Introducing new system requirement reducing manual effort.
• Ensuring compliance of process & policies and amending if any recommendation.
• Helping in CIBIL plus compliance related activities.
• NPA provisioning plus restructuring.

Should have lead a team of 4-5 people.
Should Have Good communication skills.
